At Kvitkomania, we take pride in creating fresh, beautiful floral arrangements with care. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to feel confident when ordering from us.

Refunds

We guarantee the freshness of our flowers. If your bouquet or arrangement does not last at least 3 days from the time of purchase, please contact us within this time frame. We will provide a refund or replacement after reviewing the situation.

  • To process a refund, we may request clear photos of the flowers and details about care (such as water changes and placement).

  • Refunds will not be issued for flowers that were not properly cared for (e.g., left without water, exposed to extreme heat/cold).

 

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted unless the bouquet or arrangement was damaged during delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within an hour of delivery with photos, and we will gladly replace the arrangement or issue a refund.

 

Important Notes

  • Refunds and replacements are only valid for orders purchased directly from Kvitkomania.

  • Customized or special-order arrangements are non-refundable, unless damaged during delivery or failing our freshness guarantee.
